Raeda Marketing ("Raeda," "we," "us," or "our") operates Raeda Analytics, a commerce intelligence and marketing analytics platform that helps businesses connect and analyze data across their commerce, marketplace, and advertising platforms.

This Privacy Policy applies to raedamarketing.com, the Raeda Analytics website, the Raeda Analytics application, and related services we provide (collectively, the "Service").

When you join our waitlist, contact us, create an account, request support, or otherwise interact with Raeda, we may collect information you provide to us, including:

Information from connected accounts

Raeda Analytics allows customers to connect supported third-party commerce, marketplace, and advertising accounts.

Depending on the integrations you choose to connect, these may include platforms such as:

• Shopify
• Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central
• Amazon Ads
• Meta Ads
• Google Ads
• TikTok Ads
• Other commerce, advertising, analytics, or marketing platforms we may support

When you connect a third-party account, you authorize Raeda to access information from that account according to the permissions you grant through the third party's authorization process.

Depending on the platform and permissions granted, this information may include:

• Account and business information
• Sales and revenue data
• Orders and transaction data
• Product and inventory data
• Customer or audience data made available by the connected platform
• Advertising accounts
• Campaigns, ad groups, ad sets, ads, and creatives
• Advertising spend
• Impressions, reach, clicks, and engagement
• Conversions and conversion value
• Attribution and performance metrics
• Marketplace performance
• Other reporting and analytics information made available through the connected platform

Raeda does not receive your password for third-party platforms when you connect them through supported OAuth or similar authorization methods.

We do not request permissions to post on your behalf, spend advertising funds, modify campaigns, or otherwise change your connected accounts unless a feature requiring such access is clearly presented to you and separately authorized.

Information collected automatically

When you visit or use our website or Service, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, such as:

• Approximate timestamps

We do not sell your personal information or connected-account data.

We do not use customer connected-account commerce or advertising data to create advertising profiles for unrelated third parties.

We do not use connected-account data to serve third-party advertising.

03Google API data

When you connect a Google account or Google Ads account to Raeda Analytics, Raeda accesses Google data only after you authorize access through Google's OAuth authorization process.

Information Raeda may access

Depending on the permissions you grant and the Raeda features you use, Raeda may access Google Ads information including:

• Google Ads account and customer information
• Campaign information
• Ad group information
• Advertising and creative information
• Keyword and targeting information where applicable
• Advertising spend and cost
• Impressions
• Clicks
• Conversions
• Conversion value
• Performance and reporting metrics
• Other Google Ads reporting information necessary to provide Raeda Analytics features

Raeda requests access only to Google data necessary to provide the features offered through the Service.

How Google data is used

Raeda may use authorized Google data to provide functionality including:

• Unified commerce and marketing reporting
• Google Ads performance reporting
• Cross-channel performance analysis
• Cross-channel attribution
• Incrementality analysis
• Marketing halo-effect analysis
• Historical reporting
• Marketing performance insights
• Budget and performance recommendations
• Other analytics requested by the customer

Google user data is used only to provide and improve user-facing features of Raeda Analytics consistent with the permissions you grant.

Storage and security of Google data

Google data may be securely stored for as long as necessary to provide Raeda Analytics functionality, maintain historical reporting, support customer-requested analysis, comply with applicable obligations, and maintain reasonable backups and security records.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Google data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Sharing of Google data

We do not sell Google user data.

We do not use Google user data for targeted advertising or to create advertising profiles for unrelated third parties.

We do not transfer Google user data to data brokers or information resellers.

Google user data may be shared with service providers that process information on our behalf when necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or provide Raeda Analytics. Such providers are permitted to process the information only for the services they provide to us and are subject to appropriate contractual and confidentiality obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Raeda, our customers, users, or others.

Google API Limited Use disclosure

Raeda Analytics' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

04Other connected platforms

Raeda Analytics may allow you to connect other third-party platforms, including Shopify, Amazon, Meta, TikTok, and other commerce, advertising, marketplace, or analytics services.

When you connect one of these services:

• You authorize Raeda to access data according to the permissions you approve.
• Raeda uses that data to provide the analytics, reporting, attribution, measurement, and intelligence features of the Service.
• Access is subject to the connected platform's applicable terms, policies, and authorization mechanisms.
• Raeda does not receive your third-party account password when authorization occurs through OAuth or another supported authorization mechanism.

The exact information available to Raeda varies by platform and by the permissions you grant.

05How we share information

We do not sell your personal information or connected-account data.

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers

We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate and secure Raeda Analytics, such as providers of:

• Cloud infrastructure and hosting
• Databases and data storage
• Email delivery
• Authentication
• Monitoring and error reporting
• Analytics
• Customer support
• Security and fraud prevention

These providers may access information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and subject to appropriate contractual obligations.

Legal requirements

We may disclose information when we believe disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, security, or safety of Raeda, our customers, our users, or others.

Business transfers

If Raeda is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.

06Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain our business relationship with you, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the security and integrity of the Service.

For customers using connected accounts, connected-account data may be retained while your account or integration remains active and as reasonably necessary afterward for:

• Historical reporting
• Customer-requested analysis
• Data integrity
• Backup and disaster recovery
• Fraud prevention
• Security
• Legal and regulatory obligations

When information is no longer required for these purposes, we may delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data-retention practices.

07Disconnecting accounts and deleting connected data

You may disconnect a supported third-party account from Raeda Analytics or revoke Raeda's authorization through the applicable third-party platform.

Disconnecting or revoking authorization prevents Raeda from collecting new information from that account once the authorization is no longer valid.

Disconnecting an account does not necessarily automatically delete information previously collected from that account because historical data may be used to maintain reports or other functionality you requested.

You may request deletion of previously collected connected-account data by contacting us at privacy@raedamarketing.com.

Subject to applicable legal obligations and reasonable requirements relating to security, fraud prevention, backups, dispute resolution, and legitimate recordkeeping, we will delete or anonymize applicable information following a valid deletion request.

Where a connected platform provides its own controls for revoking third-party application access, you may also use those controls to revoke Raeda's authorization.

08Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, which may include the right to:

• Request access to personal information we maintain about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of certain information
• Request information about how we process your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms of service, privacy policies, and data practices.

Raeda is not responsible for the privacy practices or security practices of third-party services except with respect to information Raeda receives and processes through the Service.

11Children's privacy

Raeda Analytics is designed for businesses and business users and is not directed to children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through Raeda Analytics.

If we learn that we have collected personal information directly from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12International data processing

Raeda and its service providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.

These locations may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Where required by applicable law, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Raeda Analytics, our data practices, applicable law, or other operational requirements.
